Robert H. (Hal) Turner, Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer


As Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and in other executive management/advisory roles, Hal Turner has set the vision and business tone that has chartered the successful course of numerous international and U.S. domestic communication, software, and technology startup, growth, and Fortune 500 companies.

Hal’s track record of pioneering successes and leadership spans decades. He founded Turner Telecom Holdings Group, LLC, an executive management and board consultancy that cultivates and grows “all stage” global technology, software, and communications companies. His strong emphasis on sales and business plan execution results in strategy development, organizational leadership, sales growth and fundamental financial improvement.

Hal leads with a culture that has successfully ramped fiscal growth, while passionately serving the needs of valued constituents. This leadership has resulted in sustained financial and commercial growth for his companies. Launching his career at AT&T, Hal rose to senior roles in sales and marketing and served at the highest ranks in a broad spectrum of international startup and corporate firms. Highlights include: NeoNova Network Services, Inc.; Pac West Telecom, Inc.; Panterra Networks; PTT Telecom Netherlands, US Inc. (now KPN); and BellSouth Communications, Inc. (now AT&T). Hal also serves as an advisory board member of The Capital Angels, an angel investing group affiliated with SC Angel Network. Hal earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where he was presented with a Distinguished Alumni award in 2010.

Vic Bozzo, Co-Founder, Chief Commercial Officer


As Chief Commercial Officer, Vic is responsible for driving Pareteum’s market presence, revenue generation, customer relationships, and business development. Vic brings over 20 years' experience in corporate leadership in the software and communications industries, including the launch and successful exit of his own cloud services startup Factor Communications, which was acquired by Pac-West. He has also served as General Manager of Pac-West's Emerging Technologies division and Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Marketing for interconnect solutions provider Telarix Inc, a position in which he was instrumental in driving another successful exit. Additionally, Vic has held senior positions at NexTone Communications, ITXC Corporation, and Voxware.

Bart Weijermars, Chief Strategy Officer


As Chief Strategy Officer, Bart drives the creation, development, and execution of Pareteum’s key strategic initiatives. He brings rich expertise in commercial turnaround, product differentiation, and value creation in the software market. Bart joined Pareteum through the acquisition of Artilium, where he was Chief Executive Officer, having successfully grown the company’s performance as a provider of software solutions to customers in the enterprise and communications service provider markets. Bart was previously the Chief Executive Officer at T-Mobile Netherlands and has held senior executive positions at T-Mobile Macedonia and KPN. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Nyenrode Business University and an MBA from the University of Leuven.

Rob Mumby, Chief Sales Officer


Rob joined Pareteum from Twilio where, as Director of Global Connectivity, he drove significant improvements in the company’s underlying cost structure, creating the opportunity for exponential sales growth. As Pareteum’s Chief Sales Officer, Rob has responsibility for global sales of the company’s software solutions to the IoT, Communications Service Provider, and Enterprise sectors. He brings a wealth of senior sales leadership to the role, having held senior sales positions at Telus, Qwest Communications and ITXC Corporation, where he developed a track record for strong incremental and strategic sales growth and driving optimal performance from his teams.

Edward (Ted) O’donnell, Chief Financial Officer


Ted brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity investment, and venture capital, in the Software-as-a-Service and digital technology sectors to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Pareteum. Prior to joining Pareteum, Ted served as CFO of Ameri100, a provider of SAP services to enterprises, CFO of AudioEye and Carlyle Capital Group, and Vice President of Finance for Augme Technologies. He also held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at ACTV, Inc., where he developed its investor relations department before its purchase by OpenTV, a voting-controlled subsidiary of Liberty Media.
